Cancelling an order


Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract of purchase of any goods within a period of seven working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details to hand. As long as your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it immediately and no monies will be debited from your card.
If your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us [ see Returns instructions below ]at your own cost within 7 working days of the date the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the goods we will refund the total value of the goods back to your card. Postage and insurance costs are not refundable.

Returns


If you are unhappy with any product you may return it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging - within seven working days for a full refund or exchange. This amount excludes all delivery costs. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for any items that show evidence of having been used or on custom made or logoed products unless they are faulty.
Any product returned to us for exchange will incur shipping costs before it can be sent back to you unless we send the wrong goods in error in which case shipping costs will be waived.
All products are backed by a 12 month manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. This is underwritten by the manufacturers and can be used at any dealer upon proof of purchase.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email Golfsalesonline.com within 7 days of delivery. We aim to replaceany defective/damaged goods with replacements. If this is not possible a refund will be issued. Replacement items can only be sent once we have received the defective item back from you in it's original packaging.

Returns Instructions


Please include a cover note for all returned goods, explaining why you are returning the goods, what action you would like us to take along with your name, address, original order details and proof of purchase. Make sure the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if at all possible and that you use a signed service with adequate insuranceto cover the value of the goods you are returning to us.
Please note that the responsibility for any product remains with you until such a time as we receive it and a member of staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
